Deposits will be credited to your account shortly after confirmation from the payment processor. Winway does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties.
If resolution through negotiation fails within 30 days from the date the dispute was first reported in writing, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
